A good portion of the leadership in this company is toxic and pedantic. I have known good leaders and people here. But I have also known some truly pathetic individuals. You fix the blame on those below you and never look at yourselves.
You are old and angry.
You're pathetic.
You're spineless even.
You claw up a slippery well gaining no foothold. Only crushing those beneath you. Blindly wallowing in darkness and filth. When the company eventually does fail, will you bring this same attitude with you to the next carcass of a company you find employment at? Will you dismiss your employee's problems and issues with such sick pleasure as you have done here?
To those who've done right by your employee's. You know who you are. I will always respect you.
To those who don't, find it within yourselves to change. Or realize that whatever you touch will fail because of your incompetence.

Why are u guys arguing over this trash company. Nobody cares
If you are old enough to retire, you have had plenty of time to prepare for it. Xerox has been a sinking ship for years, Look at the volume of your mail. The printed page has almost ceased to exist, Xerox spent so much time and money perfecting print quality that the experts had to sit in conference rooms with magnifying glasses and argue about which print sample had better quality, They perfected it about the same time that the demand for the printed page started to decline. If you are unable to retire, then get out and look for something else. It's hard to start over, but it's better than riding on a sinking ship without a life jacket. Take charge of your own destiny. It's not going to get better. It's going to fade away like an old xerographic print.
You are a classic example of arrogance gone wild. You are right and everyone else is wrong. Hmmmm…:
Ladies and Gentlemen presenting.
The copy machine guy with an attitude and a loud mouth. What a winning concept. You like to stir the pot.
You know xerox sucks but you don’t have the beans to admit it. Its easy to hide behind a keyboard and make nasty comments from your parents basement.
Seriously, you have no idea of what your talking about. Anyone with IQ slightly above room temperature can see that. Get out of Dodge.
You are in the position you are in because of who you are, not where you work. Snowflake.
You wish. Unemployment is not a bad thing especially when you have money that you earned honestly, and still have it to spend and enjoy.
I have seen what happens to people that work here, and i am not impressed with the outcome.
The lies told here are incredible, but many prefer it much more honest.
If this is the future workforce, with their set of ethics….. well enjoy the mess that you created or allowed to happen.
We rose $0.78 when word got out that not just veteran techs- real, live US veteran techs are working on Veterans Day. The market is hedged that some of them might be chingones and close a few calls instead of sitting in a van playing video games and vaping all day.
Actually. I apologize. I have no idea who you are or what you do. In the end you probably wont accept it. But I apologize for my remarks.
No such thing as karma, dog.
And you are also proving my point. You sound a little upset. Am I hitting a nerve? Do you feel like this whole thing applies to you? Are you afraid of losing your job?
Nothing in this is about karma. Unless its your karma in reaping what you sow, and right now the only thing you'll be reaping is unemployment.
What a conceited foolish remark. You remember what karma is?
Young enough? More like foolish enough. Nobody can tell you anything eh?
An amazing holier than thou attitude.
Just because you might be younger than him, doesn’t mean you have the smarts upstairs to make correct decisions. With an attitude like that one could say …if you live by the sword you will fall by the sword.
Avoiding battle is wise for both sides, and a long life. Many prefer it that way.
You're only proving my point. I'm still young enough to be able to find a job in another industry and have a life long career. Can you say the same?
I’ll just leave this right here:
