our staff at UK plant are working together to reach out to other UK plants not to write anything on the AMP social pages , what a load of tripe,giving you 5 everyday wins points for saying Mm is great and us production employees are happy for being treated like crud, ps, does anybody know where the results of the opinion survey are

Every person I see re-posting these canned messages I judge very heavily. It’s a huge indicator of being a poor leader. You want “growth mindset”? Then don’t post canned nonsense and think for yourself. Give me a break.
Yup, basically you can potentially gain some " You win " points if you highlight 3M's good stuff in social media.
No wonder I see our mid managers and others in company's good books highlighting how 3M is fighting climate change, ranked top 50 in best places to work, best place for females to work etc in various social media networks.
Meanwhile employee morale is at all time low and pretty much everyone under the age of 50 is looking for a job outside. Go figure !
