A lot of things here could be better.

My problem became, user gas ptoblem. I can solve in 30 minutes . But user has to submit triage ticket. That goes to a queue. Someone look at it and routes to pm. Pm has a meeting every two weeks to reviee items. The item then may be put on a backlog or tabled to next meeting. Backlog is reviewed by mgmt once a month to determine what fits in thd next month. Without a champion this issue will languash for 6 months. With a champion, you have get doc Testing on board. Who are overworked and dont have time....the uset who wanted the fix has gone on to bypass the issue, just waiting till the next user has the same issue. A q week issue has ballooned to a 6 month fix

There will be no major changes before the IPO -- except those that facilitate the IPO.

Changes come after an IPO. Many people will be surprised, though they should not be.
