Chevron and BP both have a lot more woke nonsense than Oxy.
The roots of the Permian at Oxy were the super majors.
That's like comparing apples to watermelons.... Can't be done and shouldn't try. Peers that built their careers with the super majors have gone on manage and lead many O&G companies. Working the Permian basin for a reservoir engineer at Oxy isn't my cup of tea.
Oxy is great but they could use a formal program to move ordinary employees around for development. A program that moves people even if they don’t have a stellar rating.
