i've been told I can't hire anyone else local, only in Mexico. Do I need to worry about my job?

Outsourcing and cutting us jobs seems to be the trend with Emerson.
There are two ways to increase productivity. The first way is to be clever and ingenious and make the employees you have more productive. The second way is to pay them less money.
