they are saying production employees, lol in Brazil can pick and choose their shifts, what a load of baloney, and then have the cheek to say that this makes Mother Mining a great attraction for bringing talented employees to work, what a load of baloney. The truth is production employee will never have the right or chance to pick and choose their shifts, the powers that be, know they are disciminating against production employees with the Work your Way staff. Just give the workers their incentive and bonuses back, and treat they with a lot more respect, out of the 96000 wordwide employees 55000 are production workers who are carrying the staff 41000. you all know it to be true. And would someone ask that bloke Gibbons to come with something better than Continuous Improvement All in One idea,, for goodness sake we have been using that principle for the last 10 years yet this bloke joins and thinks its his new baby ,, hahahahahahahahahahahaha,,
