When is Sabre Promotion cycle, if any.

Promotion started this week, at the top and now others below have begun..
Think yourselves lucky. Sabre could be following Intel's example of 25%, 15%, 10%, and 5% pay cuts and they're in a much better financial position than Sabre.
There are promotion goals to get to about 12% of people to director or above in all locations. The US already is at about 20%. The goal for the US is to reduce that not to increase it. Promotions in the US will be almost impossible. India and Poland are below 12% so promotions will be there not in the US. People in the US haven't had decent pay raises in years either. Americans are wondering why they should stay.
If you are in India- probably easily. If you are in the United States you are SOL though the compan originated from AMERICAN airlines.
Now the world knows we have the Best CEO and Best Culture.... Makes the outlook for 2023 and beyond even better...
