Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

What's happening in Galway ?

So many experienced people have left and are leaving soon.

There is no plan to award and keep talented people, no point trying after they have left.

It's almost like management are resigned to seeing the place fade away, which is sad as the Galway office if nothing else was a great place to work.

Is there no future planned ?

Galway was always part of the problem IMO, AACC was great 60 years ago, but Oceana….every one is sank in that ship

They can't do a mass layoff as that would be reported and they would lucrative RnD funding, layoffs have been happening by stealth, 2 to 3 every week,
