There several hundred layoffs planned between December and January. The rest a few thousand cuts will be in February/March. Most Directors and above will be part of this in product areas and shared services.

I was told on January 13 my position was being eliminated. My last day to officially be employed is Feb 9. I have been applying religiously with UHG/OPTUM with no luck. I will get 4 weeks severance as long as I don’t take a position within the company during those 4 weeks. 🤬 I had only been employed there for 4 months.
I think wherever Optum does something that Change Healthcare does, the CH employees will be let go. Change Healthcare has been doing this to companies they acquire for years, now it's our turn. Welcome to the machine.
Yes, I am hearing this too. Proposed org structure to be decided end of Dec, changes based in January. Anyone know what to expect in terms of severance?

We don't know which business unit will be affected by layoffs.But certainly everyone should be on alert.
The biggest cut will be seen in Ligma Johnson's organization.
