Precisely why I didn't go to that nonsense. Seemed like just a bunch of "team building". I'm rather do that in a non SuperSpread fashion, if at all.

A ridiculous waste of time when there is real work to be done. It was an excuse for people to socialize and not work while people at the plants were not invited. With everything going on in the company (layoffs), stock at a low not seen in years, and all the litigation, what is there to celebrate? Just another remodel of the plaza that nobody uses…
Leadership said today’s event was a moment that mattered. Really? What problem was it solving? Did it get us more sales? Lower our COGs? I still don’t understand why they did this today.
I'd rather read chain email than attend some pompous event at the Center. And then attend a 9 pm conference call with 3M China before I'd consider glorifying the mo--ns who put this dog and pony cr-p show on.
It was great, walk around the SuperSpeader event and get a box of free Covid tests as you leave. Enjoy the new plaza before it's demolished, again.
