Losing knowledge and experience on account of 'saving a buck'

It's been almost a year since IT outsourced the Data Center staff and Tech Support....2 years since the outsourcing of the Helpdesk. What a fiasco since....all that knowledge and quality service out the door with them....just to save a buck.

You are absolutely right. This is what happens when we have management that can't see the big picture but only cares about what it can save at the moment. It was bound to happen and the company will continue to suffer for it.

$50K more wouldn’t even get me to my current salary that I landed directly after leaving CF. 😂

Leadership is looking to get out just as much as employees. Wait and see.

The solid talent at most levels has already gone. They’ve either been shown the door or left before their number was called. The CF brand has received major damage. Not only in the community and with providers, but word of mouth by former employees. CF has tons of jobs we can’t give away. New talent leaves quicker than they arrive. We’ve taken every “perk” outta being a CF employee. Including the pride of saying you work for CF. It’s a real shame. At one point, we really did care about our community and and our employees. So many are keeping their heads down until locking in another job or can retire. Many suffer with mental health issues or will breakdown and cry to a peer because of the workload or constant pressures. Executive leadership is so far removed from what our employees really feel. I miss who we use to be, the work we did together, and the difference we made. I don’t know when the right someone will say enough is enough and do the right thing as we continue to circle the drain.

Can employees ask the board to vote BP out? Hiring another VP.

But do you think the leadership learned their lesson? Let me give you a hint: NO.
