The layoff a week ago was only the beginning! Management is preparing for a big one in November and then every other month through June. This company is notorious for targeting the older workforce, although you would think they would learn (from the lawsuit a few years ago) that people fight back and in masses. I guess the ELT will learn how much discrimination will cost the bottom line. Maybe that will be the thing that tumbles the Cisco evil empire.

Age plays a role in sales...ask sales. the New College Grad program is ther to support layoffs of $$$ old white men in hopes of company having a future with a reduction in OPEX. JK is not shy about this and uses the, they are all getting ready to retire narrative. Especially in the SSD retail side of house.
It's en masse. Not 'in masses.'
