It is difficult, if not impossible, to find an altruistic company that exists to serve its employees first.
However, it seems that there is nothing easier than finding a company that pays its employees more than CVE?

Altruism and publicly traded companies are not mutually exclusive. Eliminate that thought. Smaller companies tout the family culture line but they're all the same. We can't win.
