Attrition in Baytown Chem plant

Thought attrition is slowing down in Baytown Chem plant but heard couple of resignations for the past 2 weeks from different depts. not sure what will happen next! Probably the vacancies will be filled up by EMTEC folks

As stated, same problem in Baton Rouge. Management said they were concerned in one of the town hall meetings but hadn’t heard of any actions they plan to take and people are still leaving at a high rate.

Everything must be going according to plan.

Losing multiple mid career engineers to Lyondell. That’s about as much a conversation you’re ever going to get that our pay scales are extraordinarily out of date.

Backfill those open positions with Annandale refugees after the sale in December.

Yup, all the ivory tower EMRE powerpoint jockeys will sort this out - no problem.

Good luck, there’s nobody left in EMTEC to backfill those positions.
