This company is a complete joke. Has billion-dollar profits and lays off, sends jobs overseas, sues people that have left for tuition reimbursement, etc. They have 0 empathy or concern for people at a desk level. They have no idea about your workload or how upset the customers really are. People are leaving in droves and being replaced with less knowledgeable and talented people. They do everything they can to sc--w you (the employee) out of every penny they can. You will remain underpaid and overworked. Check the Progressive job boards, they pay a lot better.
