There were 6 people per shift were laid off Oct. 2-6. Anyone know if anymore are coming up?

They're the lucky ones that were "laid-off". The Richardson Qorvo does "constructive discharge". Instead of lay-offs, they'll move the older employees 50+ to FAB. Causing the majority to quit on the spot. I've seen this happen twice in 2023. They told two employees that are on 8 hour Mon-Fri shifts that they didn't have any work for them where they were at and that they wanted to keep them employed, so they had two options either switch to compressed shifts and be moved to the FAB department or not have a job. One of them took the bait because she was afraid of losing her job. The other one didn't take the bait. The one that didn't take the bait stayed in her place. A few days later they brought in two new people in that department that supposedly didn't have any work for her, to train them. She and the other employee trained those two people and made one of them the lead to that department without considering the guy that knows that area like the back of his hand and kicked both of them out of there. Management claims is because they didn't answer emails and Teams messages. Which is total BS because the two that were kicked out have proof. The new lead is on compressed shift and gets to work all the overtime she wants even though the amount of work that's on dispatch should be done within the first four hours of the shift. There's absolutely no need for her to be there 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Any VSP offered?
