Employee Lawsuits

HR is so ineffective when it comes to Mrs to stopping toxic managers. Do you think all the employee lawsuits against VMware happening right now will cause BC to shed entire organizations to rid themselves of problem managers behaving badly?

Unless you are one of the employees that sued VMware, I call bs because like any other law suit - you cannot talk about an active case so no one would ruin their law suit by posting about publicly or talking about it. And if you / they do - they you deserve whatever comes to you.

What employee lawsuits? The recent settling with Pivotal shareholders?

Payment discrimination by gender/ethnicity/remote status?

Dell was repeatedly in and out of hot water and it's easy to dig up those settlement details, not seeing anything new to VMware, just the Pivotal case ?

What did VMware get called out for now?

What employee lawsuits are there? I doubt that there are any.

Toxic managers at Broadcom sounds exactly what I would expect to find there.

Feel the toxicity flow within you. Soon the emperor himself, Darth Tan, will show you the true power of toxicity.

Probably and they should. BC will wipe out teams in an instant if they don’t align to their values. No one respects EPIC2 because it’s a joke. From what I’m seeing, a large population of vmware qualifies for forced departure. Question is will they take their horrible ways to their next position?
