Yes, many jobs are getting shut down until 2023. Hopefully there will be a Red wave from the elections to get the economy back on track. Brandon and his ilk have done enough damage
When the recession hits, we’ll be luck to get away with JUST a hiring freeze and not a layoff to accompany it.
Actually in hiring spree, hired 3 in my team of 12 this year when lost a lot work from sale of consumer banking business
Fall has always been a slow period for most companies as its the year end ramp down on number crunching and cost savings. Things usually pick back up during Feb.
Although the whole country is moving toward a rather huge recession, so prepare for not only a freeze but also an increase in layoffs.
