Thread regarding VMware layoffs

Experiencing great amount of deceit and lies

I have seen this amount of backstabbing, lies, hearsay amongst staff and managers.

Manager’s one on one has become the focus of hearsay, lies, backstabbing, and toxic rumors.

Staff engineers, staff, supposedly professional has been lying right and left in order to harm another employee (also staff). Just so that he gets to stay in this sh---y company.

Of the managers encourage this as much as possible because the more staff leaves the higher probability for the managers to stay if that sh---y product survive Hank.

I just reported to Etica the name of the engineer. With script to what he said and a recording that I will keep and publish on YouTube later.

The major problem is the whole team is in jeopardy. Less than $500k a year annual revenue with over 30 engineers and cr---y directors.

Sh-t on you all

VMware has always been a deeply corrupt company. ETICA famously protects guilty managers and ruins whistleblowers. Management hides behind ESG and DEI which is like kryptonite to Silicon Valley workers, it renders them blind to the crime right in front of their faces. The sheep declare their never dying love to a fabricated culture while management molests the software industry. Lovely place.

With < 500k/y revenue you can just assume your entire team is gone, no matter how much a-s kissing and backstabbing is going on... adios to everyone there

Yeah and you can make private voice notes regardless of consent, to use for purposes of written notes. Distribution is another issue.

On recording the consent is built into zoom and teams. You can extract the audio and not be in violation as all parties receive a notice. Don’t let people contact you outside of corporate tools and announce what you intend to do if necessary.

Come over to corporate sales. Lord of the Flies in full effect. They dish more lies than Baskin Robbins has flavors. Document every interaction or else you’ll find yourself in a trap. It’s a dangerous game right now. Stay safe.

If you are in a 2-party consent state, like California, that recording was illegal and it would be unwise to share it.

Sounds like a certain PE who got hired without an interview.
