No wonder this company never improves. Little time on work information of substance and a bunch of time on garbage IDE initiatives. The bathroom story fit into how this company flushes itself away.

I find it amusing that old white men have an aversion to "woke". it seems now that their club is being raided they are upset over losing their privelege.
Since when is it wrong to give EVERYONE access to opportunity instead of just incompetent white males?
That’s a great point! I am not sure what happened to looking at business metrics or just evaluating an employee on the black and white results? I’m very unclear on why performance started to not matter? The company took a bizarre turn that I cannot explain. I left months ago and I check the site periodically to see what happened, or to get some type of explanation. I’d be careful about thinking of this company as a long term option.
