RE: declining revenue: Q4 FY22 had the 2nd highest revenue in the company's history and one quarter in FY21 was the highest. RE: supply chain issues: it's a worldwide problem not our CEOs fault. Is CIsco perfect? No. Is the POTUS perfect? No. They both have monumental responsibilities. Do YOU think you can do a better job? Have you walked in their shoes? No.
Narcissistic personality disorder involves a pattern of self-centered, arrogant thinking and behavior, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and an excessive need for admiration. Others often describe people with NPD as co--y, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding.

Once one realizes most of us are the equivalent of the lawn care and cleaning crew; while those up way up the chain are just cashing in and riding this thing out until the tires fall off, you will reach full understanding.
The above which is fine; if you just want a job.
But, if you are a motivated early in career person; are you truly doing much more than wasting your time here at a once great company that is now a ATM Machine for executive payout. Now go make your french fries.
Do you want to be here in the next five years?
Do you trust this place for the long term salary growth and job growth stability necessary to raise a family?
