I never really understood some of the image that cooperations want to present.
Everyone coming into work all wearing the same polo company branded shirt. All jostling together in front of the company sign outside for a group picture.
The posed picture of people in a conference room with one person writing on a white board with everyone scribbling on legal pads. The person writing on the whiteboard HAS TO be a representative under the ESG umbrella as a white male just won’t do. He can be in the group but certainly not the leader.
You know, that’s how you show you’re a key heavy hitter and can only power think in a group while someone writes out bullet points on a whiteboard.
All not to mention mandatory after work activities with the group because forced commoradarie that takes away from your free time always works.
