Has anyone received a raise after mid-year or end of year reviews? Or does AIG only offer raises / promotions during review time. It’s BS to think that people have to wait a year to find out they may or may not get any additional raises or promotions but maybe next year we can try again!!! BOGUS

If you are part of the circle you get promoted at anytime and multiple times but if you are not you get nothing. Confirmed my theory by seeing people’s titles change all the sudden and they are moved to a higher grade. It has nothing to do with competence or the work you do. It is very sad it has to do with fitting in these people’s molds. Yet they are equal employee and encourage diversity.
When you say a bump in your STI, do you mean they give you a higher percentage for that year, or do they adjust your target?
Been in almost 10 years, I've only received a small bump in my STI despite being a standout in my team. Is there a formal process for requesting a raise or do you just hope they give you one?
It's been BS for about a decade. You will only get a rise if you threaten to leave and you are one of the few they want to keep or if you apply for open role and higher grade. The later will have increase limits normally 10% TDC.
