Think they will for once be transparent in a town hall and talk about the layoffs?

They don't lose 60k in new hires because they don't invest anytime training them.
Also how does one hear about high turnover and think layoffs ate coming. They would just stop backfilling
At least they admitted the turnover was a major issue. They still aren't fixing the problems but at least they know turnover is costing them money. Supposedly they lose 60k everytime someone leaves.
It's gaslighting all the way down.
