October 4, 2022 Update:
Judge Rodgers pushed back the David George trial set for October 24, 2022, to February 13, 2023, in an order signed yesterday. The reason for the delay is not related to the litigation. This trial date was putting pressure on 3M to make a reasonable settlement offer and the delay will take away some of that exigency.

3M will have to eventually realize that it’s costing more to defend its position and pay for lost lawsuits than a settlement would cost! That’s my layman’s thinking anyway!
This could be evidence the negotiations are fruitful. If 3M were refusing to negotiate in good faith, the judge wouldn't have given this extension.
Where are the fake 3M pensioners (actually phonies paid for by trial lawyers) frantically claiming they are signing over their pension to avoid being sued?
