Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Mary McH is gone!

Interesting to know if she resigned or has been "invited" to leave.
Today is her last day @ Xerox!

Mary made people’s pucker factor go through the roof. Push back and she huffed and puffed like a spoiled child who had their dessert taken away. She was a part of the JV regime and both her and MF did not leave of their own accord. Dont you find it interesting that Ricoh, Canon, Sharp, KM all seem to have equipment starting to flow more freely and as of 10/12 most regions still dont have their equipment allocations? Coincidence? Not a chance. Bye bye Mary.

Bloody Mary is gone? Compared to JV and JCS, she is the better one - smarter and more human. I know it's a low bar, but still...

Who cares? She is one of the vultures that was brought in here to help destroy the place. Good riddance!

The supplies and manufacturing supply chains are a disaster. It's not because of MM, or the people under her, but they've had 2.5 years to fix what they inherited, and they haven't. Part of that may be due to the board or CEO not wanting to make the investments needed though.

She was probably fired. There are only so many excuses (including COVID) that you can make to explain why everything is on backorder. At some point, you have to admit that it's due to poor management. It's about time someone in a high leadership position is finally held accountable.

She managed like a tyrant who knew everything and talked down to most people. Fact is all these supply and equipment issues happened on her watch and it has been 2.5 years since the pandemic…no more excuses. Need someone who is now going to fix the mess she made. SMW in HR should be next to go…useless.

Lets hope 'Pennywise' takes her entourage of cloth eared zip mouthed gimps with 'IT'. A rather extremely small pair of corporate clown shoes to fill, but another spare seat in the Norwalk Clown Car! I wish I was not on vacation as I might even venture in to the office to test the temperature between 'Sméagol' and 'IT's offices... You cannot buy this 'SB'... pure poetry... There most be an '8' ball around the corner.

The head of manufacturing recently left (MF) and now MM leaving, head of supplies and manufacturing. Hint of something that might be coming?

There was no replacement announced so I'm guessing it happened fairly quickly. Usually at that level there's more of a transition period. Take from that what you will.
