Bravo! and starting with Don Hendricks the CEO of Belk. Is the fish already stinking at the top? Do what I say but don’t do what I do is Belk the best approach to customer services long line, clearance items low staffing on floor everywhere, no kindness with Belk loyal and long term associates. Nobody cares when that a person was missing and passed away for four days in your filthy rich Belk bath room in your store.Go figure!
