Yes - the board of directors are ultimately responsible for many of the poor decisions, ie the stock buybacks.
And yes - a huge loss of talent and knowledge in the first wave of layoffs in 2020. So many were replaced with two people to do what one person was doing.
I have only called out people responsible for bad work and deception on here. I see no need to rub anything in no matter what happens. If you left, fine, so did I. If you stayed, you had your reasons and still do. I only commented on things I saw that helped lead to this point on a store level. Those in command did have the power to correct many people but did not. And I will still contend that some people who were more valuable to the store were let go in 2020, and some who were not much to begin with allowed to come back. Poor personnel decisions from above. But not the fault of the workers. You and I tried.
Wow, not a good day ahead.
