Unless you're looking for a new job, you're part of the problem. As long as you keep accepting the situation no matter how bad it gets, you're permitting them to treat you like trash. I understand that finding a new job is not that easy, but that's why I said that those who are not even trying to get out are part of the problem. Those who are, more power to you.

Everybody's situation is different so I would suggest not to judge this way.
You all act like Ford is acting like no other company. Look around! You're replaceable and disposable. Your job is a paycheck. It's the people that you work with that makes it tolerable. Act accordingly until you retire.. then find something you love. ❤️

F, and indeed the rest of corporate America doesn’t want you. American/globalist gov doesn’t want you -diminishing the benefit of your own citizenship. So leave F for another corp only to eventually be kicked in the sac over there?… race to the bottom.
