Did store managers have to take a cut? Im the last full timer sure im next but have 28 years in and a year to retire.Im sure benefits will be crazy

With all the recent bad news of BB&B and the upcoming bankruptcy, benefits may be a thing of the past.
Being honest, most of the good mgrs are long gone from this company, even the tough ones who took us to task. When I was missing them in 2020, I really enjoyed not being part of those pep rallies due to my schedule. By then the gatherings were 50 percent. "You gotta save my ar-e" and 50 percent "poor me for getting stuck here". We actually had one hack mgr try to make us feel bad for her having to lay off people at a grocery store. "Imagine how I felt!". Zero empathy for any of her workers and how they felt! So zero empathy for the bunch that hung in there. Sorry. I could tell you lots of tales that all lead to the demise of this place but hack SMs and ASMs are right up there!
