It was better about a year ago but that doesn't mean that it's not good right now. I've been actively searching for a new job for a little over three weeks and I already have two offers. I admit, the money is not as good but that's why I'll keep looking. Plus, even if I don't find something that pays more or as well, sometimes taking a 10% pay cut is better than staying in a bad work environment.

If things keep deteriorating at 3m, leaving for another job at 10 percent less will feel like leaving the titanic for a luxury yacht.
