Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Lesson Learned

Layoffs have been a constant in Telecom since 2000. We thought the Uncarrier would keep their word and retrain people so they could keep the talent. We started to get comfortable. We let our guard down. They definitely don't see employees as assets. Action speaks louder than words. It's incredible that they hired people and built new groups last year just to layoff the entire group this year.

Take advantage of training they offer and build your resume. Always be prepared to find a new job.

I can remember when TMO was an OK place to work and a pretty good job. Then Legere, changed all that and made it a great place to work. I am also aware that part of his persona was canned and off of a shelf from TMO marketing. However, it did feel like we did make a difference in a positive way for a number of years. It was a really good run. Now with Sievert, it really sucks. That dude is as fake as they come. That pr--k along with the rest of the executive corporate scumbags get richer as they push people out of a job. Well, fool me once TMO, shame on you. Shame on me for believing in in the Magenta cult. There are no exceptions to the corporate world. Lesson learned, loud and clear. I'm still employed by TMO and I'm looking for the fire exit.

The liberal woke image that TMUS tries to portray is just smoke and mirrors. In the end they love wall street! They don't care about employees.

Just like all the environmental hypocrites that fly their private jets everywhere. All talk and no action.
