Can’t remember when there have not been rumors of layoffs… and in most cases those rumors turned to fact ..
Lots and lots of good people let go.
I feel like asking about if rumors exist is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Aside from the additional IRIFs in service you will see mass voluntary resignations by TSRs and TSMs as the workload piles up on those remaining and escalations overwhelm Sales and Service management.

Oh i'm sure revenue will come back.... why certainly, once you get down to one guy working out of his basement and using his moms visa card to cover expenses. The echo of lost employees in the hallways is deafening. Another really Great call xerox. Nothing ever changes does it?
Service revenue is a moving target based on shrinking customer base from excessive response times and poor service.
More field techs and managers in September and every month after until service revenue starts coming back. September larger than August. Fact.
