You do realize most Legacy Sprint people have more time in!?! If there was a union it would be mainly Legacy Magenta people affected.

Ask those in the CT switch how well going union went for them lol. It doesn't change anything, "for the needs of the business" still stands, union or not. Paycheck is just lighter paying union dues.

So let me get this straight, you want to pay another group of people part of your pay to impose more rules on how you work? You're not going to get any more money but you're going to give up part of that to someone else to line their pockets?

Unions are a horrible idea.
I'm not in favor of having two corrupt executive groups above me. Look how many UAW leaders are in jail. Not to mention ATT's contract sucks. Their benefits suck. I'm not sure what the answer is but I'm sure a corrupt union won't help.
