Stop hating. My expense report is $6-$8k a month and it gets approved without blinking an eye. I fly United to get my miles and status. Not the cheapest but its approved. Marriott same thing. Meals is where it gets wild. Food and drnks flow. Its one big party in Estero

Sorry to hear nothing has changed. Even after I left i was rooting for hertz. There is alot of good people still but not enough to fend off the sharks

Senior Director titles are still being handed out like tic tacs, everyone is given a luxury car to drive, daily parties, lunch and learns go on for hours and nothing is learned.
Raises and Bonuses for the select friends are the normal.
More than 75% of the building is unused space.

Don't forget we signed a lease in Manhattan so the CEO and the PR lady doesn't have to commute from NY to Estero. Don't forget IT wants to build an office in Denver as well. Can't have these things if we are spending money on field operations.

VPs and director level staff have no sense of the reality in the field. The bubble they are in isolates them from the day to day. The facade created for execs paints a very different picture. Employees hate it here.

Typical…Estero blows $700 million a year. They bring nothing to the table but pain and suffering to the people who matter. Let’s run UTE at locations 95%. Get employees yelled at and pay them peanuts.

Things need to change…Hertz won’t be here in 20 years. I’m paying sooner.
