Just trying to plan the balance of the year - think we are safe and layoffs are over until next year? I need this job. Pay is okay and it is not a bad place to work. But, I always feel like we are about six months from disaster.
Also why don't we offer a voluntary exit program like other companies?
The last voluntary packages were in 2017, maybe early 2018. Truly a thing of the past!
