Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Almost Over

I work for T-Mobile and it has been a shot show since Lehrer left. It wasn’t just FOPS, it was management, upper management with gosh only knows what is to come.

I and most likely all of my co-workers are here to notify when something goes down or there is an outage.

Once the engineers finish and complete tweaking the automated system, we won’t be needed either...

I meant Automated systems CAN'T replace ABILs . I didn't catch it until after I posted it.

Automated systems can change ABIL cards or replace CSRs. This is where the NTWs come in. It's Ericsson 2.0, but with a few local FTEs keeping them in line. FOPS teams won't go away, they will just be heavily augmented by easily expedible or replaceable NTWs. Same with SOPS.
