The entire senior management team including their support staff must be terminated effective immediately. The goal of cancer surgery is to "get it all" and leaving any bad cells will result in a continuation of illness.

Mike will be the fall guy and deserves to be one out the door, though he will probably get 25 million or do and take his pension as lump sum. Moni isn't going anywhere. They may have to bring back inge as a temp until they can get the next guy or gal. The new ceo will wait a year or two and then moni will get dumped, perhaps when the settlement is 15 billion.
