The more employees T-Mobile outsources, the worse customer service becomes. Just go and read the usual customer sites and see what's the most common complaint and what's costing us the most subscribers. The ELT doesn't give a damn, though. As long as it'll save a few bucks right now, they'll get rid of every single one of us and replace us with cheaper alternatives overseas.
