Note when BBBY announces layoffs. Always prior to Labor Day. Sure there must be a financial reason. Probably something to the effect of "we've had a really cr---y year again"

Sorry for being so cynical but I worked with this LEAD for 2 plus years. He was there for at least 20 years and was reduced to avoiding work on a daily basis, coming in late, oversleeping. He did not even know stock of entire store. When customers came around, would hide in rugs. He is part of the reason BBBY is where it is. They could write him up left and right but never fire him. More or less a sympathy hire. Just coasting, hence anyone who worked with him had to do the job of 2 people in a store that was largest in district. He was a waste of time and money. So where did that customer service go that we were all proud of? Wasted bucks paying people who should have been canned years ago. And I am not saying that is all leads, either, by any means. It gave us a bad name as a company.
Thank you. Having been PT only at 53, I was just wondering. I think only two qualify for that there. One is pretty worthless. Just sayin.
Well they don’t have to do the matching 401 k since they won’t be on the payroll end of year.
