There is no intention of a corporate announcement. Roman made that crystal clear today at exec conf Q&A. The philosophy has shifted to its the BG/Functions responsibility to communicate.

SA&E function appears to be gone in HCBG (well, MSD at least), but hasn't been mentioned by leadership.

Half of my entire team in hcbg... including me
Approx 200 in TTS. Received list of roles eliminated and JG’s. Average ages 45-55 with some younger sprinkled in for good measure (steer clear of discrimination)
No true rhyme or reason as some teams lost entire teams while others lost 50%. So these were targeted to some factor of cost. Many of these employees could do several jobs across the company.
