I left about a year ago. What happened to advance 3M? Terrible structure but I am surprised it sounds like they got rid of it?

Nowadays Advance 3M is no longer used in meetings. I believe COC team has decided to abandon this terminology as employees tend to associate A3M = Layoffs.
You got it on “developmental” plus the executives originally involved in this very weak - May have been good engineers, etc not general mgmt for a company of this stature. Inge not great in Hr
So are the countries back in charge of hitting their p and l?
One has to wonder if the leadership team chosen for advance 3m was chosen as a "development" project for some up and comers instead of picking the people most likely to succeed. Even McNerneys sick sigma implementation wasn't as botched as this one.
It lasted shorter than one of Maos five year plans and with the same disastrous results. More peasants need to be re-educated.
It never advanced. Change is hard.
