My biggest concern isn't the money although I do think we need to hold the line on the medical. My biggest concern is the attendance policies and forced overtime. Always having to plan on possibly being held over for another 8 hours makes it hard to get anything done. This staffing shortage is management's fault and I feel the union should make sure it stays management's problem and not ours. I shouldn't have to block out 16 hours for a scheduled 8 hour shift.

Union dues will go up $20/ mo, medical premium will eventually go up $100/mo. Raise is over $1200/mo.

Vote how you want, I’ll be voting “no”, but I won’t be justifying it with easily disproven talking points.

Our sad raise will be absorbed by higher medical and union dues! One step forward, Two steps back. Been that way ever since I started.
