Just a quick question. What is the lowest a full time associate should be getting in hours for the week? Currently my store has been giving full time 28 hours.

Don’t worry Belk has a lot of hours to give and hiring another 5000 workers by Christmas this year! Until that time you are welcome on to welfare or Salvation Army or your local food bank to feed your hungry poor family. Belk loves you so much and really shows it! Go figure!
30 hours is the minimum for full time. Make sure you are getting 30. Sounds like they are trying to make you ineligible for benefits. Get on their as--s about that.
