- pay has dropped below industry standard;
- we have leaders who are only capable of inspiring anger;
- there is no career development;
- a lot of work is repetitive and boring;
- we're expected to do too much with too little provided and in too short a time window;
- nobody cares about employees' well-being or health anymore;
- and so much more.

It depends, my salary is not bad and way higher of most of my colleagues...
AIG 200 was the beginning of the end for AIG. It should have been called “How can we dismantle this company and get RICH in the process.”
Who cares anymore. Wake me up when it’s over so I can find a new a job.
can we have a work at home so i don't get ki---d on the subway day?
Lucy just cashed out almost a million dollars in stock options. That should make her feel really well.
Wellness days are a great marketing tool. They cost the company $0 and your work will still be there on Monday when you return. It allows the company to proclaim your health is very important at zero cost. AIG gives you so much that you really don't need a decent raise or career progression. That's the AIG way. Smoke and mirrors. Enjoy!
Pete's a swell guy. He loves every one of you like you are his family. At least those of you he didn't sell to Accenture. Enjoy your wellness day and remember AIG cares about you until they dispose of you like a piece of garbage.
Long live Petey the great. Now authorize some more stock buy backs. AIG is nearing a 52 week low again. Heads are gonna role after you get well on September 30th, but at least you will be well again!
But we just got a mental health day to help our well being, See Pete cares.
