I would say the "good riddance" top 5 list would be:
- Mark S
- Tim M
- Joe K
- Donna K
The next good riddance still needs to come through as the newly appointed leaders were part of the cause of their business demise.
What’s happening to Mark Palomba? Or partner team?
Bye Mark S. Your legacy of F’ing up Citrix will live on for years.
For those of you in Santa Clara, what's the deal with the site? Now that there is also TIBCO real-estate in Palo Alto, watch for more consolidation or shake up on both sides.
It's a bad sign they are keeping HR heads through EOY. Layoffs will be massive, they need someone disposable to absorb the hate and be gone
To whoever said that engineers are safe… you’re not so swift at pattern analysis. Good luck to you, friend. I hope you have a Pune/Bangalore address.
Joe was useless. Tell me something he did and not just talked about.
The fact so few from ELT will continue just proves what many were saying for years - these people are not very good leaders. Even relatively new guys, Mike and Joe, are shown the door
I believe people in engineering are safe. The rest of y'all....well, good luck.
Surviving leadership has very little business leadership experience. They are product managers who never were held accountable for revenue. Shows how temporary they will be before the place is dismantled or new ELT leadership will arrive to upgrade them.
And hopefully with it, the antiquated, expensive SAP legacy system for the better (I.e., Oracle)
No big surprises, most of ELT was expected to be gone in transition. Old weasel Tony managed to stay and pushed out Donna
First round: SVPs and VPs. Second Round: Senior Directors and Directors. Third Round: Managers. Fourth Round: ...we the mortals... I guess by the end of September we'll know if we're still alive...By the way, start preparing the knowledge transfer to your colleagues in India...
About time. These are the people that ran the place to the ground. Now let’s see what happens on the next level
They all could cash $208 per Performance RSU. So no mercy with them.
Looking at tibco thread, looks like layoffs have started for them.
@kzf+1iusMCSh this is only for people reporting directly to the new CEO.
We won't know about Peter until Tony announces the details on the structure of the new legal team.
CUTS:
TIBCO, Scott Roza, President and Global Head of Customer Operations, Fred Studer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Bill Hughes, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
CITRIX, Mark Schmitz, Chief Operating Officer, Tim Minahan, Chief Marketing Officer and EVP of Business Strategy, Joe Kim, Chief Product and Technology Officer, Jason Smith, Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Arenth, EVP Work Solutions. Additionally, Michele Haddad, Chief People Officer at TIBCO, and Donna Kimmel, Chief People Officer at Citrix, will each stay on temporarily to help ensure a smooth transition before departing at the end of the fiscal year.
Whats going on with Peter Lefkowitz? I hope he’s not getting cut. Didn’t see any mention of him one way or the other.
The entire C suite was cut with the exception of Hector and Gomes.
Names, please? Who are the major players let go today? Prior employees want to know
Lots of changes but I think the surviving leadership look well qualified
the end of the SAP Cartel era
