I am so sorry everybody has to go through this. I worked for Sears for 30 years and went through the layoff cr-p for 20 of them. It finally caught up with me in 2016. Trust me - once you land a new job and have a better position you’ll realize how toxic your environment was. I’ll miss the Schaumburg store since it was my favorite. Best wishes to all!

Schaumburg, IL. (Store 39) was, at one time THE training store for new store managers and district managers. It was also the RVPs home store for quite some time. Wow!! I’ve been gone almost a year (I left to work for a non profit) but it’s still hits hard. I was with BBB for 13 years.
