Are Store Managers affected in any way financially? I mean personally to their income? Bonuses?

No SM $ was affected. We just lost upwards to 15 years of working relations and talent. Some SM grew up in this system and are respected throughout their areas and treat people like family. So before you hate on the mid level managers, SM or DM’s we took no pleasure in letting go our gente. Bless it to those who have jobs and God be with the ones that lost so much today
Maybe the post by the SM about losing everything meant they lost their store, as in closing.? So they, as well as their associates, are left with no job and need to move on.??? Maybe?
Store manager bonuses are based on building performance. Cutting full timers cost should help their bonuses.
