They let you keep the other hand.
same here, just found out; 16 years, full time receiving lead/rtv clerk/fulfillment….i get a day to decide to either take 10 weeks severance or go part time (ha ha….)

Full time here, just got let go today. Yes, they offered severance pay...10 weeks. Been here 16 years and I got 2 days notice. Good luck everyone.
If that is true... They cut it down from the max of 16 weeks to 12.. one way to save money...
just talked to someone i used to work with at a store that just found out they were closing; the full time receiving lead was offered 12 weeks severance, if they stay until closed, 12 weeks being the max (he's been there for at least 17 years)
