Are Florida, New Jersey, and New England the most profitable markets??

As I was doing research on how many Google reviews each store has, it seems that Florida, New England, New Jersey, and Colorado seems to have the most store locations per capita. They have one store per 350,000 and in the case of New Hampshire one per 171,000. has the highest number of reviews per store. On the flip side, Minnesota and Wisconsin seem to have the least store locations per capita, with one store per 700,000. Does this correlate to how each store and each market is doing?? Does it show where stores may be too close to others and where locations are most likely to close, or are these locations in Florida, New Jersey, and New Hampshire the cream of the crop and the ones in areas like Minnesota and Wisconsin the areas where they are having the most trouble?? I would like to hear what you have to say.

Yes. NH has 8 stores. Based upon that and what I can say. Half of them are profitable/good standing and the other half aren’t as well with two possibly facing closure soon. But that’s about all I can say without disclosing too much.

There are 8 Bed Bath and Beyond stores open in New Hampshire- Amherst, Bedford, Concord, Keene, Nashua, Portsmouth, Plaistow, and Salem. It has actually been one of the states to avoid most of the closures. They did close a store in Dover, New Hampshire a year ago. I don't know how they operate that many stores there, I'm guessing the state having no sales tax benefits those stores greatly as travelers come from all around to go shopping in New Hampshire.

They have never been that smart. The will close your building with in the next 12 months if you lease is up. They have been closing profitable stores because there less is up and the ones that take a loss every year stay open
